What's New at Kimberbell: November 2023

November has come and gone...and the holidays are now in full swing! During this time of celebration and thanks, please know that the entire Kimberbell team is so very grateful for each one of you. 💛

Buy-a-Block

As shown in our November 9th episode of Inside the Hoop, Kimberbell released a NEW Buy-a-Block design this month: the Apothecary Jar from Broomhilda's Bakery! 

If you have Broomhilda's Bakery, have so much fun with your Apothecary Jar block! If you don't, you can grab this design HERE for only $5.  (You sure can do a lot with one vinyl jar!)

For example, Ginger created these Christmas jars filled with plastic peppermint "candies" she got from the craft store. So fun and festive! (BTW, she also used the Confetti Table Topper instructions found HERE.)

Now, if that's not decking your halls in a VERY darling way, I don't know what is!

But beyond Christmas, just imagine the possibilities. Conversation hearts for Valentine's Day! Gold or shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day! (What would YOU put in the jar?)

Demo December

On Black Friday last week, we also kicked off our annual Demo December program with the Poinsettia Jar Topper, a beautiful and simple project perfect for neighbor gifts and decor.

This design comes in two sizes for regular and wide-mouth jars! So, how do you get it?

It's easy. Just contact a shop participating in Demo December. (You can find a handy list HERE!) You'll watch THREE Kimberbell product demonstrations, virtually or in store, and then the shop shares the embroidery design with you for free! Learn more about Demo December HERE.

Remember, it doesn't matter if you live near a shop or not. Because of virtual options, you can participate from anywhere!

Digital Dealer Exclusives

Have you been enjoying our Digital Dealer Exclusives program? If so, you've been busy stitching our beautiful November design: the Pineapple Crossbody Bag. 

Stitched, pieced, and quilted entirely in-the-hoop, Kimberbell's Pineapple Crossbody Bag is fully lined and topped with an adjustable strap! This project comes in two sizes for 5x7 and 8x12 hoops.

If you want to make it, please contact a participating shop and they'll be happy to help you! 

Digital Downloads

Also this November (actually, just the other day) we released our Save the Date Pillow Panels collection as a digital download on Kimberbell.com.

Here's how it works:  these are interchangeable panels you'll use on just ONE 18 x 18" pillow. Create 10 panels on your embroidery machine, then switch them out for each new holiday! (Learn more HERE!)

You can purchase each design separately OR as a whole collection. Either way, the Februrary 14th design is always FREE! (Now, what's not to love about that?!)  💛

Inside the Hoop

Did you catch Inside the Hoop this past month? Our fun live broadcast airs every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time and is SEW much fun.

This month Kim, Deanna, and Ginger talked about a wide range of topics, including how to make ornaments on your embroidery machine (like this one):

New Products

On November 1st, we released Kimberbell Mini Quilts, Vol 1: January-June.  Made in 5x7 (and larger) hoops, each 12 x 12” mini quilt celebrates the first half of the year with fresh techniques and beautiful blocks!

Vault Releases

We also had a couple of new designs hit the Kimberbell Vault, including Cinch Bags just perfect for Christmas. 

Though the retro instructions of Vault products look different than our directions today, they still work beautifully and it's fun  to access classic projects that are no longer sold in shops!Visit the Kimberbell Vault HERE!

What's New Wednesday

For Kimberbell fans, What's New Wednesday is something to look forward to every week. Join Kim live from her sewing room every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. MT to learn what's new, ask questions, enter our epic giveaways, and see what Kimberbell fans are creating during our "Sew & Tell With Kimberbell" segment!
