Make Meaningful Christmas Memories With Nativity Stuffies!

Family Traditions

As a little girl, I LOVED helping my mom put up our nativity set at Christmastime. (It was white ceramic and so elegant!) Did you enjoy this tradition in your family, too?

I collect nativity sets now and look forward to setting them up each year with my own children.  (I have well over 30 sets!) I even have the Happy Hoop Decor: Christmas Nativity Ornaments hanging on my tree...

And yet, I'm going to have to make Kimberbell Nativity Stuffies, too. (There's always room for more! 😊)

I hope you'll create your own meaningful and memorable family traditions with these darling designs!  Let's take a look at this collectible (and oh-so giftable!) set.

Three Sizes

Each of the 13 stuffies come in three sizes. To make the small set, you’ll need 4x4 and 5x7 hoops. The medium set requires 5x7 and 6x10 hoops, and the large set is made in 6x10 and 8x12 hoops. Stitch them on soft fabric, stuff with filling, and close with a few simple hand stitches!

Here's our regal camel in all three sizes. (Which size do you like best?)

Two Options

You can also stitch the Baby Jesus design in two different ways: 1) in swadding clothes, or 2) in a manger. Let's take a look at both!

Swaddling Clothes

In this version, the Babe is serenely wrapped in swaddling clothes. This is all done in-the-hoop of your embroidery machine and our step-by-step directions walk you through the whole thing!

Manger

The manger option is nice, too. Notice the fringed hay along the top! (Learn how to fringe HERE.) As you can see, these designs perfectly match our Happy Hoop Decor: Christmas Nativity Ornaments.

Fun Techniques

You'll learn a lot of fun techniques with this project, too. For example, take a look at the sheep below. See how fluffy he is? We achieve this through a chenille technique! (Learn how to chenille HERE.)

Display...and Play!

Unlike my mother's fragile set from my childhood, these 13 stuffies are meant to be played with. Yes, they're a delightful display...but we hope the children in your life just love them to pieces. ❤️

Speaking of children, please be sure to also grab our FREE, coordinating Nativity Coloring Pages HERE! It would be super fun to color the pages AND stitch the designs with your children and grandchildren. 😀

You can purchase Nativity Stuffies wherever Kimberbell products are sold. When you want to create fun and simple Christmas decor, Kimberbell Nativity Stuffies are perfect for gifts, gatherings, and so much more!

Oh, and just one more thing...if you love the Nativity Stuffies, be sure to also check out our North Pole Stuffies, too!

Happy stitching! ✨
