Well, friends, we're about halfway through 2025! (Where is time going?) This means we're also halfway through the Wallflower Mystery Quilt experience. (Don't know what this is? Click HERE to learn more!)
But to sum up . . .
The Wallflower Mystery Quilt is a project done through Kimberbell's Digital Dealer Exclusives program. To join the fun, sign up through any participating shop (it's not too late)! They'll send you files and instructions for a new block each month. By the end of the year, you'll have completed a 30 x 48” quilt!
Because it's a mystery, you won't know what the monthly block is until it's released. You also won't know how the whole quilt looks until the end of the year! (The anticipation and discovery are part of the fun. 👀)
Since we're now at the halfway point, let's take a look at the blocks we've stitched over the past six months.
Promotional Block: Cute as a Bug
The whole project kicked off with the Cute as a Bug design. Flexi Foam beneath the ladybug wings give a darling poof of dimension!
January Block
We jumped right into January with a lovely wildflower bouquet. The pink flowers feature sparkly rhinestones and the daisy has a black button center!

February Blocks
We released two designs in February: an applique mushroom and a shy little snail. Add Flexi Foam to the mushroom cap AND to the snail shell for touchable texture!
Snail
This little guy just makes me smile! (Note: I do not like snails in real life but I LOVE THIS BLOCK!) 🐌
Mushroom
Is it just me, or are mushrooms also completely adorable? (This one sure is!) 🍄
March Block
These applique flowers are May's cheerful touch for your garden-themed quilt. A dimensional bloom is a pretty pop of color, and just look at the decorative stitching around that pink flower!

April Block
We’re all abuzz about our April block! Create a bee-utiful bee with decorative stitches and dimensional Mylar wings.
May Block
Pinwheels are perfect for fresh garden breezes! Our technique makes it easy to piece this pinwheel completely in-the-hoop.
June Block
This beautiful block features a lovely spray of June flowers! Applique glitter and black rhinestones add extra sparkle and shine.

Coming Together
Now that you've seen all of the individual blocks, here's how the overall quilt is coming together (so far)! Isn't it gorgeous? And sorry . . .I can't show the blocks for the rest of the year. (But trust me, they're lovely!)
Remember, it's not too late to join the fun! Any participating shop can send you the files that have already been released, and you can look forward to receiving the remaining blocks one month at a time.
