What is Flexi Foam?
Kimberbell Flexi Foam is a Specialty stabilizer that's used with Tear-Away, Cut-Away, and Wash-Away on a variety of projects. It's soft, springy, and just the right thickness to provide substance without being hard to stitch through. (In fact, you'll find it's very easy to stitch through!)
Why Use Flexi Foam?
Flexi Foam adds flexible shape and a poofy dimension to machine embroidery projects. I love Flexi Foam beneath applique...it's so much fun to touch because it's satisfyingly squishy.
We use Flexi Foam on many Kimberbell projects. For example, we added a layer beneath this Velveteen pumpkin to make it puff out. (I just love the result!)

But Flexi Foam isn't just for applique. We also use it for bags, purses, frames, and more! Flexi Foam is wonderful for a variety of both sewing and machine embroidery projects.
