Like many of you, I have precious childhood memories of baking during the holidays. My mother and I would listen to Christmas songs, crank out cookies and candies, and load paper plates to deliver to the neighbors.
And during those moments, all was right with the world.
That's why I'm excited to announce that Kimberbell's Baking Memories Tea Towel is now available in the Kimberbell Vault!
Stitch the applique gingerbread man and sweet sentiment in your 5×7 embroidery machine hoop, embellish with rick-rack, and share with a plate of gingerbread cookies! With a heartfelt, hand-stitched look, our Baking Memories Tea Towel is sugar and spice and everything nice.
As with many projects in the Kimberbell Vault, the directions look different from how Kimberbell instructions look today. This project is older and our directions have changed since this was originally released! However, these "retro" instructions are still step-by-step and very easy to follow.
I hope you enjoy making this tea towel for holiday deocr, neighbor gifts, and more! Speaking of which...HERE is my mother's recipe for Candy Cane Lane Cookies, one of my favorite things to bake as a child.
Enjoy!
