Now, to celebrate the launch of this darling design, the Kimberbell Product Marketing Team decided to have a "fry day" with fries and homemade dipping sauces. (It's a tough job but someone's gotta do it.) :) Below are our favorite dipping sauce recipes for you to enjoy. (WARNING: They are yummy and potentially addictive. Prepare for some super-sized smiles!)
Utah Fry Sauce (We're famous for it!)
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon pickle juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Cilantro Lime
1/2 c. mayo
1 lime, juiced + a little zest (around 1/8 tsp)
2 Tbsp chopped green onion, both greens + whites
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno (more if you like spicy)
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Combine all in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate.
Honey Mustard
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
½ tablespoon lemon juice
White Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
Honey Horseradish
1 T. spoon of honey mustard
1 T. spoon of horseradish mustard
1/3 c. mayo
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
