Meet Diana

Diana has worked at Kimberbell since 2018. Although she started on the Kitting Team (and very much enjoyed it) she was offered another position on Customer Care and decided to “grow again” by making the switch. Her official job title now is “Customer Care Team-Events!” Diana schedules Kimberbell Events for Certified Shops, sending out emails, arranging for event kits, and preparing all orders. She also helps customers via phone and email every day.

When asked how she feels about working at Kimberbell, Diana says, “I love my job! I love the Customer Care Team. My favorite part is just talking with the owners and employees in our shops. They are such an enjoyable group of people and always bring a smile to my face as we talk about everything Kimberbell (and even sometimes the weather)! I feel like I have friends all over the country. Who wouldn’t love that?”

When she’s not at Kimberbell, Diana loves hanging out with her family. She and her husband have one son, one daughter-in-law, and two daughters. “My husband and I have discovered we like each other--which is a relief since we are now mostly empty nesters!” Diana also loves making homemade pizza on Fridays, chocolate chip cookies any day, and sitting down with a good book.
